Tribble keeps your AI questionnaire current with every release.
Security questionnaires, AI questionnaires, DPAs, RFPs and technical reviews, answered from what your security, product and legal owners already approved.
Security questionnaires · SIG, CAIQ and custom
Tribble answers the SIG from the controls each owner approved.
A SIG, a CAIQ or the buyer’s own spreadsheet of 300 questions, sent again at every renewal. Access control, privacy, resilience, architecture and AI each have an owner at your company. Tribble drafts every answer from what that owner approved, in the buyer’s file. Only an answer whose source changed since its last approval goes back to its owner.
- SIG, CAIQ and custom spreadsheets, answered in the buyer’s own file
- An answer built on a new disaster recovery test goes to your CISO in Teams before it is reused
Every answer shows its source, its owner and the approval date
Enterprise RFPs and technical due diligence
Tribble answers the architecture questions from what solutions engineering approved.
Before anyone signs, the buyer’s IT architecture team tests whether your product fits their stack: SSO, APIs, data residency, integrations and scale. Tribble drafts each answer from your architecture overview, integration guide and API docs. A question none of them covers goes to the solutions engineer who owns it, in Teams, and the reply becomes an approved answer for the next deal.
- Answers from your architecture overview, integration guide and API docs
- A question about streaming audit logs to the buyer’s SIEM goes to solutions engineering in Teams
Every answer keeps its source, its approver and the date
Technical calls · Tribble Engage
Tribble keeps every sales call on what product approved.
On the technical call, the buyer asks which plan includes SCIM, or whether audit logs reach their SIEM. Your account executive asks Tribble in Teams and gets the approved answer, with its source, before the call moves on. No waiting a day for a sales engineer to confirm, and what the rep says matches what the questionnaire said.
- Approved answers on plans, features, integrations and security, with the source attached
- Live suggestions on recorded calls, with consent
- Follow-ups drafted to Outlook, so you send and archive as you do today
DPAs and privacy terms
Tribble keeps every DPA answer on the terms legal approved.
Buyers ask about your DPA in the security review, in the AI questionnaire and again in the redline: subprocessors, notice of changes, data transfers, deletion at termination. Tribble answers from your standard DPA and subprocessor list, and keeps each version of an answer, who approved it and every document it went into. When a term changes, you can see which deals got the old one.
- Subprocessor, transfer and deletion answers from your standard DPA
- Each version, its approver and every questionnaire and redline it went into
Export the record when a buyer’s privacy team asks. Your team sends it
Procurement and supplier onboarding
Tribble fills the buyer’s supplier portal from the documents your team keeps current.
After security signs off, procurement opens a supplier record: company details, insurance certificates, accessibility reports and policies, in the buyer’s own portal. Tribble answers from your current documents, and anything out of date goes to its owner in Teams.
Everything Tribble answers when you sell software to enterprises.
Grouped by who owns the answer. Every one draws on the same approved controls, product facts and past responses.

Tribble learns from the tools your team already uses.
Security policies and release notes in Confluence, past questionnaires in Google Drive, feature status in Jira, deal notes in Salesforce. Tribble connects to them and keeps each one’s permissions.
Why a general AI tool can’t answer a buyer’s security review.
| Compare | Generic AI | |
|---|---|---|
| Answers from | Public training data | Your approved controls, product facts and past responses |
| Product claims | Can promise features you don’t ship | Only what product approved, as of the current release |
| AI questions about your product | Guesses at your models and data terms | Your AI data-use policy and feature sheet, with the source |
| When a release changes an answer | Nothing updates | Routed to its owner, and the fix reaches every open review |
| When the buyer asks who approved it | No record | Who approved each answer, and when |

FAQ
Common questions.
Does Tribble need access to our production systems or customer data?
No. Tribble works from your policies, product documentation, release notes and past responses. Each source keeps the permissions it already had, so people only see what they’re allowed to see.
Does Tribble decide whether we meet SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No. Tribble drafts answers from the reports, policies and controls your security team approved, with the source on each, and your owners approve them. Tribble itself is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
How does Tribble answer AI questionnaires about our own product?
Tribble drafts from your AI data-use policy, AI feature sheet and subprocessor list, feature by feature. When release notes conflict with an approved answer, Tribble routes it to its owner before it goes out.
What happens when a release changes an answer that’s already in open questionnaires?
Once the owner approves the new answer, Tribble updates it in every open questionnaire that used it. The answer record shows which documents went out under the old one.
Can Tribble fill in SIG and CAIQ questionnaires?
Yes. Tribble reads the standard formats and the buyer’s own spreadsheets, drafts answers from your approved controls, and returns them in the same file.
Will Tribble make up answers about features we don’t have?
No. Tribble answers only from approved sources. If none covers a question, Tribble routes it to the right owner instead of guessing.
Can account executives use Tribble on technical calls?
Yes. Tribble Engage answers in Teams or Slack with the source attached, suggests answers live on recorded calls, and drafts the follow-up to Outlook.
How is Tribble different from the response library we already have?
Tribble tracks the source, owner and version of every answer, and routes anything it isn’t sure of to the right person. A library stores answers, but it can’t tell which ones the last release made out of date.
Bring the questionnaire that’s holding up a deal.
Send a redacted SIG, CAIQ, AI questionnaire or custom spreadsheet. We’ll answer it from your own material on the call, and show you which questions Tribble would route to your security, product and legal owners. If you don’t have one handy, we’ll use ours.
